Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Coutts Sucks (“we”, “us”) runs the website at couttssucks.com. We try to collect as little about you as possible. This page explains what we do collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

You can read the site without giving us anything at all. If you leave a comment, we store the name, email address and comment you submit, together with your IP address, so that the comment can be published and so that we can defend the site against spam. Comments and their details stay until you ask us to remove them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except as described on this page.

Cookies

The site itself uses only the cookies it needs in order to work — for example, to remember your details between visits if you have left a comment. Our advertising partners, described below, may set their own cookies.

Advertising — Google AdSense

We show advertisements through Google AdSense to help cover the cost of running the site.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits here and elsewhere on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You may opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices, or at youronlinechoices.eu in Europe.
  • More about how Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.

Children

This is a general-audience site about a banking dispute and the public record surrounding it and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

If you would like to know what we hold about you, or would like it corrected or deleted, write to us at the address below and we will deal with it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do.
